Recent bathroom ceiling project in coon rapids

One of our recent projects involved updating a bathroom ceiling in Coon Rapids.
The homeowner wanted to remove the existing popcorn ceiling texture and improve the bathroom's ventilation and lighting. During the project, we had to enlarge the ceiling opening to access the existing fan duct and electrical. Once we verified the ventilation connection, we installed the replacement exhaust fan with integrated lighting.
We also removed the outdated popcorn texture and refinished the ceiling for a cleaner, smoother appearance.
The completed project addressed both the appearance of the ceiling and the bathroom's ventilation and lighting needs.
It's a good example of how a ceiling repair or refinishing project can be an opportunity to improve more than just the drywall.
